Area: Finance – Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) Location: San Pedro Garza García, NLE Reports to: Finance Manager Job Description The Financial Analyst contributes to the development of financial strategies through economic and financial analysis of internal data, collaborating with key areas to ensure compliance with operational and financial objectives. This role is essential for budget preparation, results analysis, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Primary Duties* Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to gather relevant information for analysis. * Maintain constant communication with plant controllers, analysts, and operations management to align financial objectives. * Obtain, analyze, and present accounting and financial information in executive reports. * Participate in the preparation of corporate budgets (excluding plants). * Execute key month\-end closing activities (Full Abs, RMR, STAT, reserves). * Support analysis of results versus budget and propose corrective actions. * Suggest controls and improvements in financial processes. Job Requirements Education and Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis. Technical Skills* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience with financial systems: QAD \- MFG, SAP, OneStream. * Advanced English proficiency.
