### **Major company seeking:** **Accounting Analyst** University degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with emphasis on foreign currency and financial analysis. Advanced knowledge of accounting tools and financial management software (e.g. SAP or Aspel suite, advanced Excel, etc.). Up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\-Foreign Currency Management: Carry out control and recording of foreign currency transactions. Monitor and analyze currency fluctuations to optimize conversion and minimize risks. Prepare financial reports on the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the company's finances. 2\-Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial statements to identify trends and propose corrective actions. Manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting, analyzing variances and proposing solutions. 3\-Tax Compliance: Stay updated on tax reforms and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns according to current regulations. Ensure tax deductions and withholdings are performed in accordance with applicable legislation. 4\-Support Immediate Supervisor: Provide support in preparing financial reports and other reports requested by management. 5\-Self-direction and Proactivity: Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects, making informed decisions. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies in financial management. Adapt quickly to changes and be able to work under pressure.
