**BPOD latam** is looking for a person to support our team as Account Manager in **Cuidad de Mexico.** **Position Summary:** The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key mid\-size to large enterprise accounts. This role focuses on building long\-term customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution\-oriented selling. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue retention. * Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing, leveraging internal resources and cross\-functional collaboration. * Develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives and growth targets. * Maintain deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and technology needs to propose effective solutions. * Drive consistent pipeline development through proactive engagement and relationship management. * Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports to support strategic decision\-making. * Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers within client organizations. * Collaborate closely with marketing and pre\-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales. * Proven track record selling enterprise software/SaaS focused on IT service management or endpoint protection to end users within the technology industry. * Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end users within technology industry. * Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies. * Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required. * Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders. * Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames. * Fluency written and verbal communications in English is a must. * Availability for visits with clients, national and international business trips.
