Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Senior Fleet Analyst to cover the CDMX territory. The main objective of this role is to evaluate and suggest mobility options so that operations can move effectively and efficiently. On a typical day, you will:* Manage the complete lifecycle of vehicles: from acquisition and maintenance to renewal or retirement. * Monitor daily operational expenses: fuel, repair shops, tolls, fines, etc. * Track fleet performance: kilometers traveled, fuel consumption, availability, cost per kilometer, among others. * Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers (leasing, fuel, tracking services). * Analyze management reports and propose improvements to increase efficiency. * Identify underutilized vehicles or those causing issues, and suggest better alternatives. * Support internal and external audits. * Train and guide operational staff and drivers on best practices and efficient fleet usage. * Participate in negotiations and renewals of contracts with key suppliers. * Prepare monthly reports on fleet costs and mobility apps for operations managers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws. * Serve as the point of contact to resolve issues and provide strategic support to the D.O. team. What you will need to succeed!* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. Minimum graduate student status. Degree completion preferred. * Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position * Skills: Office Suite, Power BI (desirable) * Language: English or Portuguese (desirable) What’s in it for me?
