A 100% Mexican textile company in constant growth is looking for a passionate **Digital Pattern Making Coordinator** who loves fashion, detail, and innovation in the development of women's garments. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead and supervise the creation of models and designs using development sheets as a starting point, ensuring pattern quality standards are met and measurement tables are followed. * Collaborate in creating design strategies aligned with business objectives, considering costs, timelines, and production feasibility. * Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to meet established deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency in design delivery. * Plan, distribute, and supervise sample development for the design team (designers, assistants, and sample makers) throughout each process until release within established timeframes. * Perform digital pattern making. * Prepare FIT samples and conduct fitting tests. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Fashion Design, Garment Industry, or related field. * **Minimum of 3 years' experience** in a similar position. * Proficiency in **Gerber system** (ESSENTIAL) * Knowledge of fit adjustments, fine-tuning, and sampling processes. * Flexible availability. **Working hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 07:30 to 18:30 * **Friday:** 07:30 to 14:00 Work location: Iztapalapa, CDMX (10 minutes from Metro Escuadrón 201\) **What we offer:** * **Competitive salary** (weekly, negotiable based on experience and skills) * **Statutory benefits** * Job stability and excellent work environment * Growth opportunities within an expanding company **Interested?** Send your CV via WhatsApp to 5516457840 **We want to meet you!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site
