Responsibilities * Verify and prepare required documents for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, among others). Digitize, file, and keep client and operation records up to date. * Operations Tracking: Monitor the status of goods during the customs clearance process. * Inform clients about progress and status of their operations. * Enter data into company systems for operation management. Review and correct inconsistencies in information provided by the client. Generate reports on completed and pending operations. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with current customs laws and regulations. * Provide support in resolving issues related to inspections or irregularities. Requirements: Education: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles within a freight forwarder, customs agency, or logistics company. Knowledge: Import and export processes. Customs documentation and procedures. Current customs regulations (LIGIE, INCOTERMS, etc.). Language: Intermediate level of English (desirable for reading documents and international coordination).
