ISP English Teacher Key Responsibilities • • Plan and teach visual arts classes for different elementary grade levels, based on official programs and group needs. * Design creative activities that promote fine motor skills, observation, imagination, and personal expression. * Encourage knowledge and appreciation of various artistic techniques, materials, and styles. * Foster both individual and group work through artistic projects. * Assess students’ performance and progress in the visual arts area. * Prepare exhibitions and school events to showcase students’ work. * Maintain ongoing and effective communication with parents and other teachers regarding students’ artistic development. * Safeguard and organize the materials and equipment assigned to the arts area. * Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and institutional activities. Skills, Qualifications and Experience * Creativity and artistic sensitivity. * Patience and empathy with children. * Assertive communication. * Organization and punctuality. * Teamwork and collaboration with teachers from other subject areas. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
