We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team. This position is designed for recent graduates who wish to start their career in digital marketing, developing skills in social media management, content creation, and digital communication. **Responsibilities** * Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Assist in creating graphic and audiovisual materials using tools such as Canva. * Monitor messages, comments, and reactions across different platforms. * Support the planning of the content calendar. * Research digital trends and propose creative ideas. * Assist in preparing basic metric reports. **Requirements** * Recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Design, Digital Business, or related field. * Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop desirable). * Basic knowledge of social media usage. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. **Desired Skills** * Creativity and innovation. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Teamwork. * Organization and time management. **We Offer** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. * Work mode: On-site * Opportunity for development and learning in digital marketing. * Monthly salary: $8,500 Net Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,300.00 - $8,500.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Social media strategy: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
