You will be the face of the brand in the field, driving growth of our portfolio through service to active customers (retailers and wholesalers) and opening new business opportunities, ensuring Link Bits reaches every corner of your assigned territory. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in field sales, route sales, or wholesale channel (verifiable). • Industry knowledge (desirable): Prior experience in lighting, electrical materials, consumer electronics (speakers/gadgets), hardware, or technology. • Technical skills: Proficiency in consultative sales processes, route planning, basic Excel and digital tools (CRM), effective negotiation, self-management, and strong professional communication skills. • Essential requirements: o Completed high school diploma (incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree is a plus). o Valid driver’s license. o High capacity for self-management, discipline, and full focus on results. Your Challenge at Link Bits: Your primary objective will be executing commercial strategy in the field (80–90% of your time), ensuring brand growth in your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities: • Customer Service & Development: Visit and retain active customer accounts, identifying new needs and expanding product assortment. • Prospecting: Identify and open new market niches (retailers, wholesalers, installers, and projects). • Field Execution: Negotiate visibility spaces, verify pricing, and monitor competition. • Distributor Management: Conduct joint visits to promote the full portfolio. • Administrative Management: Report progress and track orders via CRM. We Offer: • Statutory benefits from day one (year-end bonus, vacation premium, IMSS). • Base salary: $13,000.00 gross per month. • Bonus scheme: Earn based on what you sell! Commissions and bonuses ranging between $10,000 and $40,000 monthly. • Job stability: Direct employment with an established market player. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Fixed rest days on Sundays.
