That's why we need a Video Editor capable of leading the entire process: **pre-production, recording and editing,** mastering both agile formats for Meta and TikTok as well as professional and corporate versions for LinkedIn. Responsibilities **Pre-production:** * Design of concepts, narrative structure and strategic approach of the video. * Preparation of technical and literary scripts. * Planning of shots, lighting, location and logistics. * Coordination with doctors and internal team to ensure message clarity and accuracy. **Production:** * Professional-quality recording (audio, lighting, framing, movement). * Basic on-camera talent direction to achieve clarity, authority and naturalness. * Efficient content capture to generate multiple versions per session. **Post-production:** * Dynamic vertical editing for Meta and TikTok (hooks, pacing, subtitles). * Professional editing for LinkedIn (clear narrative, structure, visual cleanliness). * Integration of inserts, overlays, text and simple graphic elements. * Final deliverables optimized according to platform. Requirements * \+2 years of proven experience in video recording and editing. * Proficiency in Premiere, Final Cut or Capcut. * Narrative ability to simplify medical or complex topics. * Experience creating content for social media. * Desired: experience in healthcare or scientific communication. * Desired: knowledge of After Effects or basic motion graphics.
