Job Description: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Valid official identification **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * End-user technical support * Point-to-point Windows equipment migration * Data backup * Installation of system images using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Proficiency with the Windows Registry Editor * Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User-based permission management * Antivirus configuration * On-site evidence collection and service signature * Execution of procedures following technical guidelines **Additional Skills:** * Leadership * Team coordination * User attention and oral problem resolution Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 – $9,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
