




Education ● Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. ● Postgraduate studies or certification in digital marketing, branding, or strategy (desirable). Experience ● Four years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in technology companies, consulting, fintech, or corporate marketing agencies). ● Experience in content marketing, brand positioning, and institutional communication. ● Demonstrated ability to directly execute: copywriting, basic design, management of digital platforms. ● Experience coordinating events and digital campaigns with a lead generation focus. Main Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Positioning ● Design and execute the annual B2B marketing strategy for RESULTS and CoBrander, aligned with General Management, Sales Management, and our technology partners. ● Maintain and evolve brand identity, narrative, and communication tone. ● Create differentiated messaging for key segments (retail, banking, consumer goods, financial services, etc.). ● Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: presentations, website, social media, campaigns, and corporate materials. Content Marketing and Communication ● Design and produce commercial materials (brochures, one\-pagers, credentials, case studies, presentations). ● Write and publish strategic content on LinkedIn (posts, articles, executive insights, project storytelling). ● Draft press releases, news articles, and institutional texts. ● Manage and update the corporate website (WordPress or similar). ● Design and coordinate newsletters and nurturing emails (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other platform). ● Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with sales and event strategies. Events, Relationships, and Promotion ● Plan and coordinate participation in expos, trade shows, and specialized forums (LOMA, Gartner, Forrester, WOBI, Merca 2\.0, TEDx, etc.). ● Develop materials and messages for conferences, panels, and executive presentations. ● Manage RESULTS' presence and visibility in media, alliances, and associations. ● Coordinate production and logistics for owned or co\-organized events with strategic partners. Campaign Management and Analytics ● Design and execute digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing). ● Measure performance of activities: engagement, leads generated, website traffic, awareness. ● Report monthly results, insights, and recommendations to General Management. ● Continuously optimize resources, ensuring efficiency and ROI for each activity.
