An automotive company is looking for a SALESFORCE PROGRAMMER AND ADMINISTRATOR. Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Administration, IT Systems Engineering, or Systems Developer\-Programmer. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Salesforce CRM certifications are **highly desirable**. **Main Responsibilities:** ● Creation and modification of REST web services, SQL queries, and **SOSL; use of Data Loader.** ● Database management (SQL preferred) * Integration with external tools to Salesforce and implementation of changes across environments; API development and modification * Report creation, flow design, field creation, and **Salesforce configurations.** * Training assigned personnel on Salesforce and related tools. * Monitoring user usage and statistics. * Supervising proper platform usage. * Creating instructional materials. * Knowledge of other CRMs (e.g., SEEKOP, Sales U, etc.) is desirable. **Development Tools Knowledge:** ● Salesforce CRM (reporting) ● PHP ● JAVA ● Python ● SQL ● HTML **\*Knowledge Required for Report Creation, Flow Design, Field Creation, and Salesforce Configurations:** ● User, profile, and field creation ● Collaboration rules ● Permission sets ● Approval processes ● Sales processes ● User, file storage, and data storage administration. ● Salesforce sfdx ● Order Management ● Flow ● Validation rules ● Record types ● Layouts ● Report mastery ● Email alerts ● Templates ● Apex ● Trigger ● Aura Component Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
