Here’s more information about this vacancy’s responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the delinquent portfolio, safeguarding the profitability of solutions. * Negotiate with clients to resolve their credit issues in compliance with regulations, procedures, and policies. * Achieve institutional recovery targets. * Generate necessary reports and documentation summarizing the outcomes of collection activities. * Optimize workday through home visits and administrative tasks that enhance target achievement. **Responsibilities** * Visit 100% of the assigned portfolio and control solution costs. * Meet performance metrics. * Ensure 100% coverage of the assigned portfolio. Your recovery zone will be assigned based on your residential address. **The following requirements must be met:** **Knowledge** * Experience in collections processes; financial knowledge; portfolio management. * Basic Office Suite (Intermediate Excel: Formulas and Databases / spreadsheet skills are mandatory). * Basic financial knowledge (interest and percentage calculations). * Familiarity with Mexico City and the State of Mexico, including their zoning. * Collections techniques. * Handling objections **Education** * Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is preferred. **Experience** * Minimum 6 months of experience in **field collections.** Competencies * We are one team * Think big * Customer first If you meet the requirements, don’t miss this opportunity—apply now.
