Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Handle claims based on traffic regulations and procedures, in accordance with the policy terms. **Main Responsibilities:** * On-site customer service at accident locations. * Determination of liability for traffic incidents. * Coordination with providers (towing services, civil works). * Monitoring of vehicles sent to repair shops via tow truck. * Use of claims handling control systems. * Collection of information and consolidation of photographic evidence and documents (digitization). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree. * Language: Basic English. * Type and length of experience: Preferably 1 year in this role or in customer service.
