**Permit and Licensing Coordinator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Permit and Licensing Coordinator with expertise in construction-related procedures in Mexico City (CDMX) to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and tracking all required legal and administrative documentation with government agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance for each project.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Comprehensive management of procedures with government agencies including:
* SEDUVI
* Treasury Department
* Single Window Office
* SPOTMET
* SEDEMA
* CFE
* SACMEX
* Municipal Governments (Alcaldías)
* Obtaining and renewing:
* Operating licenses
* Construction permits
* Signage permits
* Required authorizations and approvals
* Tracking and managing physical and digital files
* Identifying regulatory changes that may impact operations
* Timely tracking of response and resolution deadlines for procedures
**Requirements**
**Experience**
* Minimum of 1 verifiable year of experience in procedure coordination
* Mandatory experience in firms specializing in construction-related procedures in CDMX
* Experience handling procedures with government agencies
**Education**
Completed bachelor's degree in:
* Architecture
* Civil Engineering
* Related field
