Key Responsibilities: * Entering and updating information in internal systems. * Controlling and reviewing logistics documents. * Organizing data, files, and reports. * Providing administrative support to the operations department. * Understanding terminology as well as shipping documentation. * Verifying information to ensure accuracy and quality of records. Requirements: * Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred). * Knowledge of logistics. * Proficiency in PC use, fast typing speed, and good spelling. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Responsible attitude and commitment to quality.
