Position: Talent Attraction Supervisor Location: Insurgentes, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs, Saturday on-call shifts (maximum once a month). Job Objective Supervise and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with performance indicators, proper execution of strategies, and efficiency of the talent acquisition analyst team. Main Responsibilities * Manage mass recruitment of operational and administrative personnel. * Prepare timely effectiveness reports for the department (recruitment, coverage, dropout rates, profile analysis; illustrative but not limited to these). * Meet established performance indicators and metrics. * Supervise the talent acquisition analyst team, ensuring achievement of goals, deadlines, and assigned tasks. Required Knowledge * Proficiency in Office software. * Application and analysis of psychometric tools. * Recruitment and selection processes. Experience * Minimum 1 year in Recruitment and Selection within Call Centers and/or mass hiring Requirements * Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field.
