The employee relations consultant works independently but as part of a centralized team, and is responsible for ensuring EthicsPoint is updated and maintained* *Key activities will include:** *Personnel Policy Interpretation and Management: Provide advice and consultation as needed on complex policy-related advisory matters* * *Absence and Flexible Work Management: Provide necessary advice and consultation to effectively manage assigned complex cases* * *Non-medical Leave Consultation: Support administration of involuntary terminations, including processing of involuntary separations* * *Address interpretation needs, updates, and escalations regarding personnel policy/process issues, ensuring fair and consistent application.* * *Provide information on regulatory/required changes that may affect existing policies* * *Performance and Complaint Follow-up: Provide advice and consultation as needed* * *Collaborate with peers, executives, and other business leaders to address performance deficiencies. Provide guidance to facilitate discussions and processes aimed at effectively managing underperformance.* * *Conduct, supervise, and manage internal investigations of complex misconduct allegations, and address conflict management and complaint resolution, ensuring cases are recorded and maintained in EthicsPoint.* *Collaborate with People Partners, legal counsel, or other internal parties as needed,* **What Makes This Opportunity Different?***This role will regularly interact with People Partners, legal counsel, labor relations department, compliance department, finance department, and many other interdependent functions to determine appropriate courses of action and resolve inquiries and issues.* **Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Your Success** * Experience in HR areas within Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or Generalist/HRBP roles * Conducting workplace investigations, training employees including managers on People Org policies and processes, case management, and conflict resolution * Fluent, conversational English - Essential * Knowledge of standard employee and labor relations processes * Understanding of labor legislation and HR trends * Excellent listening, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills * Experience in HR process improvement projects * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Highly motivated and self-driven **How We Support Our Colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we foster an inclusive workforce.
