Armstrong Laboratories of Mexico is looking for your talent as: QUALITY INSPECTOR JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a fundamental role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing and distribution process of pharmaceutical products. It involves supervising and maintaining quality control systems, as well as implementing continuous improvements to ensure excellence in production and compliance with applicable regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure compliance with quality control procedures for finished products in the pharmaceutical production process. * Identify products by applying labels according to disposition (quarantine, approved, rejected, and held). * Develop and execute validation and verification plans for processes and equipment used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve quality issues, conduct deviation investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to the development of corrective action plans. * Participate in staff training regarding quality, ensuring understanding and adherence to established procedures and standards. * Continuously analyze existing processes and procedures, proposing and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and product quality.
