Collections Officer Grupo Salinas, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Collections Officer to join our continuously growing team. As a field-based Collections Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing repayment plans for customers during their first weeks of delinquency, thereby fostering long-term relationships with our clients. *Main Responsibilities* Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. Operate a motorcycle in strict compliance with safety regulations, always wearing the required and necessary protective gear. Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, including two hours for lunch and one weekday rest day. *Ideal Candidate Profile* Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. Motorcycle operation experience. Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
