**Caja Gonzalo Vega (CGV)**, with 67 years of experience, is a solid and renewed cooperative that provides Mexican society with services aligned with cooperative principles to promote the economic and social development of our society. **CGV is seeking an experienced Field Collection Officer.** Work zones: Querétaro, Qro. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Technical Superior or High School diploma. * **Required experience:** 1 year as a Field Collection Officer. * **Mandatory:** Ability to operate a motorcycle and possession of a valid Type D driver’s license. * **Current credit bureau report required (to be verified during the hiring process).** **Responsibilities:** Conduct home, workplace, and other visits where members may be located to generate and negotiate recovery of overdue accounts and/or delinquent portfolios. **Essential competencies:** Effective negotiation, numerical aptitude, persuasion, customer service, and geographic orientation skills. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.** * Possibility of rotating shifts and Sunday on-call duties. **We offer:** Base salary + commission + statutory benefits.
