Verifies adjustments or spontaneous adverse movements affecting taxable income reported on account statements for all types of services (primary, additional, or extraordinary services). Reviews anomalies or inconsistencies in folios assigned to master accounts. Reviews invoices issued by concessions or suppliers. Reviews anomalies or inconsistencies in information regarding income from tips received by unionized and non-unionized staff. Reviews anomalies or inconsistencies in the consolidated income report based on occupancy (income justification supported by occupancy statistics). Reviews anomalies or inconsistencies in income generated from the hotel’s extraordinary services (e.g., spa services, wine sales, etc.). Supports the management of periodic income policies.
