Description

We are seeking an Odoo developer to collaborate on specific projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing projects alongside our clients, as well as managing the development and maintenance of customized Odoo solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for various departments (CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, e-commerce, manufacturing, etc.). * Build and maintain backend logic in Python, and collaborate with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, QWeb) for internal and external integrations. * Analyze functional and technical requirements to design effective, client-specific solutions. * Design and implement API integrations and data workflow processes. * Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and apply improvements to optimize system performance. * Provide technical support, documentation, and end-user training. * Stay up to date with trends and new features within the Odoo ecosystem. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Odoo development and implementation (preferably v17 or higher). * Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with PostgreSQL databases. * Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb. * Experience administering Linux servers and MVC architecture. * Solid understanding of Odoo module development and implementation methodologies. * Effective communication skills, teamwork ability, and customer orientation. * Proactive attitude and a “can-do” mindset. **Desired Qualifications:** * Official Odoo certification. * Advanced proficiency in English or German. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with additional sales commissions. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Flexible, inclusive, and collaborative environment with a hybrid work model. * Involvement in challenging projects delivering real impact on clients’ operational optimization. * Internal growth opportunities and exposure to new technologies and methodologies. * Team integration and wellness activities.
