Documentation and Process Analyst** At Grupo Hospitalario Privado, we are strengthening our corporate Human Capital processes and seeking a **Documentation and Process Analyst** who wants to drive transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement across our hospital units. **What will you do?** * Document, harmonize, and optimize corporate Human Capital processes. * Develop flowcharts, policies, guidelines, procedures, and process matrices. * Align and standardize criteria across all hospital units. * Coordinate working sessions with corporate leaders and department heads. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering:** Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Business Management, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in process documentation, continuous improvement, quality, or corporate areas. * Preferred knowledge of ISO 9001. * Analytical thinking, organization, clarity, and service-oriented attitude. * Willingness to travel to our hospital units. **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM** * **Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM** **Competitive monthly salary.** **Temporary position: project-based.** **Location: Coyoacán** If you are interested and meet the profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you.
