University degree required. Minimum 4 years of professional experience as: Senior Software Developer. Backend Engineer. Integration Specialist. Technical Automation Analyst. * Coordinate with Architecture, Middleware, and Digital Transformation teams on implementing new automations on the platform + (WorkOS). * Ensure technical quality of integrations with internal systems such as Apigee, Jira, Jenkins, BRM, among others. * Participate in defining technical requirements and in planning the platform’s roadmap. * Collaborate on technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the operational support team. * Provide support and maintenance for active dashboards, workflows, and integrations to ensure system availability and stability. * Design, develop, and deploy integrations and microservices based on Java / Spring Boot.
