Job Description and Activity Details **Position Description:** Responsible for generating value for the company by optimizing capabilities, material planning, order processing, and coordinating on-time and in-full deliveries to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead capacity planning, material planning, warehouse operations, order processing, customer service, and shipping functions. * Manage logistics to synchronize supply with demand and optimize storage space. * Administer inventories through temporary and permanent adjustments, ensuring efficient processes. * Resolve logistical incidents (e.g., late shipments, damaged loads, supplier issues) with a business- and service-oriented approach. * Ensure compliance with fiscal, customs, and CTPAT regulatory requirements, while promoting safety and correcting deficiencies. * Develop strategies for inventory optimization, lifecycle management, obsolescence mitigation, and process standardization. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate suppliers, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Drive team development through training, evaluation, and feedback, fostering an ethical and inclusive work environment. Experience and Requirements **Profile and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field; professional license and official degree certificate required. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. **Required and Essential Knowledge/Experience:** * Advanced English (bilingual). * ERP system knowledge (e.g., Masterpack, SAP, or similar). * Team management experience. * Experience in supply chain optimization. * Experience in customs procedures and Annex 24 and Annex 31 systems. * Knowledge of CTPAT certification processes. * Familiarity with IMMEX program processes. **Desirable:** * Power BI knowledge. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Effective communication across all organizational levels. * Teamwork.
