We offer a collaborative work environment, continuous training, and opportunities for professional growth.* **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Income Tax (ISR), and Fonacot. **Skills:** * Self-motivated. * Organizational skills. * Analytical ability. * Effective communication. * Customer service orientation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience. **Responsibilities:** * Fonacot processing. * IMSS calculation. * Payroll calculation. * Payroll reconciliation in ERP. * IDSE issuance download. * SUA report (cedula) generation. * Reconciliation (IDSE vs. SUA). * SIPARE payment line generation. * Incident reporting to clients. * Settlement and severance calculations. * Employee onboarding, terminations, and acknowledgments via the IMSS portal. * Compliance opinion inquiries. * Payroll receipt stamping and delivery. * Support for accountants regarding clarification of queries. * Submission of payroll reports to clients for authorization. * Payroll corrections per client requests. * Client support for query resolution and/or advisory services. * Correct application and tracking of Infonavit amortizations. * Incident entry into ERP and corresponding testing. * Notification to Treasury of payroll validation for payment and invoicing. * User account setup in systems and portals (IDSE, SIPARE, Infonavit Empresarial, Virtual Desktop, IMSS mailbox) for each client. **We Offer:** * Net salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 (based on experience). * Statutory benefits + savings fund. * Reduced workweek. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
