




**Position: Human Resources Analyst** **Description:** We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support recruitment, personnel administration, training, and internal communications. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the HR department and providing support to staff. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews. * Managing personnel files, attendance records, employee onboarding, and offboarding. * Coordinating training programs and onboarding processes. * Assisting with the recording and validation of attendance-related data for payroll processing. * Drafting internal announcements and supporting internal departmental activities. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in HR. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of payroll and recruitment systems is preferred. **Competencies:** * Organization, communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
