The role’s objective is to interpret complex data sets to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and optimize internal processes—bridging the gap between technical data and business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * **Data Collection and Cleaning:** Extract data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring its integrity and cleanliness. * **Statistical Analysis:** Use data extraction and statistical tools to interpret data sets. * **Base Query Development** (SQL, inputs) for implementation by development teams. * **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to improve data collection and propose solutions to automate reporting. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work with diverse teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs). **Required Profile (Technical Skills)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science. * **SQL Proficiency:** Advanced ability to write queries, filter, and organize relational databases. * **Advanced Excel:** Proficiency in pivot tables, macros, and complex functions. **Soft Skills** * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to logically solve complex problems. * **Effective Communication:** Skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * **Attention to Detail:** Rigor in data validation to prevent bias or errors in reports. **Experience**: * Retail business financial indicators * Business analysis focused on data domains and enterprise intelligence systems (>3 years) * Interviews with business users, gathering reports and KPI requirements (>3 years) * Data analysis, joining multiple sources using SQL (advanced level) * Creating, analyzing, and delivering key metrics using dashboards, reports, and presentations (PPTs, Google Slides, BI dashboards) **Tools:** * Office Suite (advanced) * SQL (advanced) * Python (desirable) * Tableau/Looker/Power BI (intermediate)
