The primary objective is to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in all fieldwork, guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. **Professional Profile Required** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Not required, but interest in HVAC preferred. **Main Responsibilities** * **Supervision:** Assign tasks, supervise, and guide technical teams during preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as duct and grease exhaust system cleaning operations. * **Assessments and Quotations:** Perform detailed on-site technical assessments to determine requirements, issue technical evaluations, and prepare service quotations. * **Quality Control:** Ensure services are performed according to internal protocols and safety and quality regulations, including certifications such as NADCA. * **Technical Support:** Provide technical assistance and resolve complex issues arising during service delivery. * **Resource Management:** Plan and monitor efficient use of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables. * **Training:** Provide training to technical staff on new techniques, tools, and safety protocols. * **Reporting:** Prepare and submit progress reports on services, incidents, and areas for improvement. **Technical Knowledge** * Desired: HVAC Systems. * Desired: Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning units and HVAC systems. * Ability to interpret blueprints. * Knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., DC3\) and industry certifications (e.g., NADCA). **Personal Profile** * Leadership and team management skills. * Customer-oriented with a strong focus on service quality. * Excellent communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Organizational and planning capabilities. * Availability to work in the field and respond to emergencies. **Internal and External Relationships** * **Internal Relationships:** Reports to the Operations Coordinator and supervises technical personnel. * **External Relationships:** Maintains direct and effective communication with clients and suppliers. **Working Conditions** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Work Mode:** Office and field work (service sites). **Work Environment:** Work takes place in technical environments, both in office settings and at client locations (industrial plants, commercial facilities, etc.). **Safety:** Mandatory use of PPE during service operations. **Record Keeping:** Service logging in records is essential. **Tools Provided:** Access to computer, specialized software, and databases will be provided.
