At De Buen y Asociados, we are seeking a passionate Junior HVAC Design Engineer who is eager to apply their experience and skills to create innovative and efficient solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site surveys to understand client needs and physical site conditions. * Perform thermal load calculations to determine actual requirements and recommend optimal heating/cooling systems. * Analyze architectural drawings and models to propose ideal equipment, system, and ductwork layouts. * Size ducts and piping using specialized tools while adhering to industry standards and regulations. * Produce design documentation through 2D drawings or 3D models using CAD software such as Autocad and Revit. * Adapt designs to changes in architectural plans or client requirements. * Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. * Provide technical support to clients and contractors during HVAC system installation and commissioning. * Actively participate in project development and delivery, including drawing sets and technical specifications. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of HVAC system design. * Understanding of thermodynamic principles and heat transfer. * Proficiency in HVAC design software such as Autocad and Revit. * Competence in OFFICE and HAP software. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
