We are growing and looking to add an initiative-driven, organized, and talent-development-passionate **Human Resources Assistant** to our team. **Required Profile:** * Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (organizational focus). * Gender indifferent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. * Must reside in Iztapalapa or nearby areas (MANDATORY). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Experience using job boards and social media for recruitment. * Proficiency in Competency-Based Interview techniques. * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests (including online ones). * Preparation of executive reports. * Intermediate-level Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet usage. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and capable of quick learning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes: posting job openings, designing digital and printed materials, screening resumes, conducting competency-based interviews, coordinating psychometric evaluations, reviewing and analyzing candidate documentation, and requesting employment references. * Prepare candidate reports integrating results from psychometric tests, interviews, and employment references. * Keep databases for job openings, candidates, and administrative records updated in Excel. * Create and update job descriptions, as well as assist in developing and monitoring procedure manuals. * Coordinate onboarding and training processes: inductions, internal workshops, and performance evaluations. * Support personnel control administration: attendance, punctuality, incidents, vacations, and time clock reports. * Maintain employee files securely and keep the department's general archive organized. * Manage inventory and distribution of uniforms and onboarding materials for new employees. * Assist in internal communications by disseminating notices, policies, and circulars. * Organize and participate in team-building events and internal celebrations (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Christmas, birthdays, etc.). * Provide administrative support in preparing reports and special HR projects. * Perform other requested administrative tasks. **We Offer:** * Direct hiring by the company. * Negotiable base salary starting at $9,500 MXN gross monthly (based on experience). * Weekly payroll payments via BBVA. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Free uniforms. * Competitive fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. * Job stability and growth opportunities. **Important:** Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.
