Experience: 3 to 5 years in the position with personnel management responsibilities. Knowledge: Supply chain, managing agreements with transportation lines, vehicle typology, route calculation software, ERP \- WMS and Office Skills: Decision Making, Effective Communication, Quality and Continuous Improvement, Planning and Organizational Skills, Management and Goal Achievement. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, organize and control all department activities related to transportation lines. * Ensure compliance with current national regulations and legislation in order to meet customer requirements and those established by the company. * Supervise administrative processes within the Traffic Department. * Apply strategies and/or administrative guidelines agreed upon with the sales management. * Generate records that quantify productivity and performance metrics required by the company. * Implement new processes that ensure continuous improvement in the traffic department. * Measure customer satisfaction levels and transportation line service performance. * Manage and safeguard the necessary legal documents from various transportation lines. * Verify charged services on delivery orders before submitting them to the billing department. * Generate and present corresponding KPIs for the traffic department to warehouse management.
