At Bbox Security, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Management team and ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Attend to visitors in the Management area; manage schedules, expense reports, and billing for executive expenses. Effective Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between Management and other departments or clients. Documentation: Prepare, file, and maintain documentation. Event Organization: Coordinate internal events. Various Tasks: Handle correspondence, manage supplies, and perform other administrative duties as needed. Requirements: Previous Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration. Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and capability to work under pressure. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative management software.
