You will be the key figure in making technical, administrative, and strategic decisions for the laboratory. Main responsibilities: * **ONLY DEGREE IN PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMIST BIOLOGIST** * Lead the technical team: hiring, development, and evaluation of personnel. * Make key decisions regarding processes, projects, and operational improvements. * Design, review, and approve technical reports, protocols, and SOPs. * Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Manage the laboratory budget and make decisions on new acquisitions. * Coordinate with other departments (quality, analytical development, sales, etc.) and act as liaison with clients and strategic partners. * Drive innovation and expansion of laboratory services.
