**Requirements:** * Experience in bakery production, dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and bread making; pastry experience is desirable. * Experience in finishing and decorating finished products is desirable. * Technical knowledge of hygiene and quality standards. * Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with fixed days off on Wednesdays and Fridays. * Willingness to relocate; we are located opposite the ABC Medical Center in Santa Fe. **We offer:** * Fixed monthly salary of $14,000.
