We are seeking our next **BDC Administrative Assistant** for the **Vanes Sales Department**—an organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for tracking commercial processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact and follow up with assigned prospects via Salesforce. * Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate advisor. * Verify follow-up actions conducted by advisors. * Prepare service contracts and coordinate deliveries of new vehicles. * Compile customer files for credit and anti-money laundering (PLD) compliance. * Monitor billing, vehicle inventory, and customer portfolio. * Support administrative tasks for the department and the Sprinter Sales Manager. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field). * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or as an administrative assistant, preferably within an automotive dealership. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. * Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational ability. **Key Competencies** * Teamwork * Planning and organization * Analytical thinking * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Results orientation If you’re interested in joining a solid company in the automotive sector, we’d love to meet you!
