**AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY** COMPANY IS HIRING: **QUALITY ENGINEER** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the implementation and maintenance of manuals, procedures, work instructions, and other required quality system documents according to IATF 16949 standards within their area. * Monitor process development and performance. (Process Audits) * Supervise the Incoming Inspection procedure. * Ensure compliance with 5S through floor audits (Production, tool room, Maintenance, and Warehouses) and within their area. * Continuously monitor and ensure inspection status is clearly identified in warehouses, finished goods, and raw materials to maintain proper inspection status. * Participate with the cross-functional team in brainstorming sessions for problem resolution when required. * Responsible for conducting audits on finished products. * Responsible for preparing the Quality Certificate. * Responsible for releasing process trial runs and completing corresponding records as per procedure. * Participate in resolving customer-related issues. * Maintain product traceability. * Responsible for dimensional release of new products. * Collaborate in the development of training courses. * Perform required activities to maintain ISO9000 and IATF16949 certification. **Specific Knowledge:** * ISO 9001 Quality Certified Auditor * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools * Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, plastic injection, and machining * Proficiency in measurement equipment, calibration knowledge, and inspection, measuring, and testing devices * Production systems and line balancing Standardized work (Time and motion studies) * Problem-solving methodologies such as 8D's * Proficiency in PPAP, GR&R's, and SPC * Development of FMEAs and control plans * Knowledge of CNC and stamping processes * Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint interpretation * Intermediate level of written and spoken English * Proficient in Office and Windows **Attitudes:** * Punctuality * Commitment to work * Adaptability / Patience * Application of continuous improvement **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience. * Experience with measurement equipment * Proactive, responsible, analytical skills, good communication **We Offer:** * Standard legal benefits * Weekly pay * Safety equipment * Direct hiring with the company.
