The company has participated in the design and manufacturing of components for engines, transmissions, and suspensions for leading brands such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Suzuki, and BRP. **Position:** We are looking for a **Line Leader** to ensure product quality and compliance, providing continuous follow-up to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction while meeting manufacturing schedules on time. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer or related field. (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience with CNC machines (Mandatory) * Proven experience in a similar position (Mandatory). * Knowledge of machines and tools (Mandatory). * CNC programming at machine side (OPTIONAL). **Responsibilities:** * Ensure autonomous maintenance is being properly recorded and performed * Ensure machining of parts is being properly recorded and inspected * Monitor scrap rate * Ensure engineering-established processes are followed in Machining, Deburring, and Assembly areas * Ensure all personnel under their charge complete required training Type of position: Full time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential prices * Dining service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
