The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving customers, advising them on the necessary diagnostics and services for their vehicles, ensuring transparency in service delivery, and coordinating with the technical department to guarantee quality upon delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide professional and clear customer service in person, by phone, and through social media. * Manage service orders from vehicle reception to final delivery. * Clearly explain diagnostics, estimates, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with the shop supervisor and technicians. * Ensure the customer experience is efficient, reliable, and satisfactory. * Follow up on customer satisfaction after service completion. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years of experience as an Automotive Advisor** in dealerships or franchise workshops. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. * Education: Completed high school or technical/engineering degree in automotive fields (desirable). * Experience with customer management systems or workshop software (preferred). * Availability for full-time work. * Proficiency in **Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Excellent personal presentation, organization, and proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure and toward goals. * Valid driver's license. **Desired Competencies** * Organization and discipline in process management. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Results-oriented with problem-solving abilities. * Honesty, responsibility, and teamwork capability. **Benefits / We Offer** * Weekly base salary plus performance-based bonuses. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Growth opportunities within a growing premium workshop. * Professional, stable work environment focused on quality. * Ongoing training in automotive service and management processes.
