**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Perform laboratory tests and trials on concrete and its constituent materials to ensure they meet established quality standards and guarantee the proper operation of production processes. REQUIREMENTS * **Education:** Technical degree in construction, materials, chemistry, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in concrete or construction materials testing and trials. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform quality tests on fresh and hardened concrete (compressive strength, slump, temperature, among others). * Conduct tests on materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) according to current standards. * Prepare and cure concrete specimens (cylinders, cubes) for subsequent testing. * Maintain records and reports of tests performed, ensuring traceability of results. * Verify and monitor compliance with technical specifications at job sites or plants. * Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Participate in internal and external audits when required. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations during work activities.
