Job Summary: We are seeking a Middle Developer to join our team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing software applications, participating in the technical analysis of user stories, and applying software development best practices. Join our team as a **MIDDLE DEVELOPER.** **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum verifiable experience of 2+ years in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and backend development (.NET C\#) — mandatory.** * Basic knowledge of SQL or database engines. * Collection of application metrics and statistics. * Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Excellent analytical and conflict-resolution skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications in compliance with quality, security, and performance standards. * Implement new features according to defined requirements. * Participate in the technical analysis of user stories. * Apply software development best practices and design patterns. * Conduct unit testing and support integration testing. * Participate in code reviews. **WE OFFER** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Additional year-end bonus days. * Grocery vouchers. * Hybrid work arrangement: **3 days per week in-office; candidates must reside in CDMX or Estado de México.** * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood, CDMX.
