Experience: * Two years of experience as a production supervisor, production manager, or related role. Responsibilities: * Plan and organize inputs and raw materials according to the production schedule. * Report progress on various process and production lines. * Review, inspect, and ensure that the product complies with the production schedule. * Organize and supervise personnel in each area to meet the production schedule. * Provide daily follow-up on the operation of the industrial kitchen/commissary. * Supervise and guarantee operational processes. Schedule: * Monday to Saturday, fixed day off on Sundays. * Working hours from 9 to 18 hrs. We offer: * Monthly net salary between 12,000 and 14,000 depending on experience. * Biweekly payments on the 5th and 20th of each month. * It is not a restaurant, so there are no customers or tips.
