**Locomotive Assistant – Railway Operations** **Hermosillo, Sonora** **Job Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm **Job Description** We are seeking a **Locomotive Assistant** to support operational movements within the railway yard, ensuring proper positioning of units, track inspections, and compliance with internal terminal procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct daily **yard inventory**. * Perform **railcar weighing**. * Carry out **track inspection checklists**. * Prepare **daily movement reports**. * Organize and position each railcar in its assigned location. * Assist with switching operations and other operational movements within the yard. **Requirements** * Education: **Junior High School diploma** (minimum). * **Preferably 1 year of experience** in operational activities or yard work. * Action-oriented mindset and ability to follow procedures. * Teamwork, responsibility, and positive attitude. * Quick learning ability and willingness to perform physical tasks. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $12,826.20 (paid weekly). * **10% bonus** for punctuality and attendance. * **10% food vouchers**. * **10% savings fund** (disbursed in November and May). * **Christmas bonus:** 30 days’ salary. * **Vacation premium:** 50%. * **Life insurance**. **How to Apply** Send your updated CV and contact number to begin the process.
