**Position:** Architect – Carpentry Workshop Supervisor **Location:** Ocoyoacac, Mexico **Contract Type:** Full Time **Overview** An American company dedicated to construction and carpentry is seeking an **Architect** or **Industrial Designer** with production experience, advanced English proficiency, and supervisory skills to lead a carpentry workshop. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting plans, designing furniture and carpentry items, managing material orders, coordinating production, and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards and deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise daily operations of the carpentry workshop. * Create architectural and technical drawings using **AutoCAD**. * Design and detail furniture and carpentry drawings. * Manage material orders and inventory control. * Supervise production processes. * Lead and supervise workshop personnel, promoting teamwork and efficiency. * Collaborate with the company's team in the U.S., communicating fluently in English. * Ensure all activities comply with established regulations and quality standards. **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proven experience in production supervision. * Knowledge of carpentry and furniture manufacturing processes. * Experience in personnel management and supervision. * Ability to manage material orders and control inventories. * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Leadership and effective team management. * Problem-solving and decision-making. * Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. * Effective communication and collaboration.
