Participation in recruitment and training processes **A reputable company dedicated to the production and sale of hair beauty products is seeking a Human Resources Assistant who meets the following profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Psychology Required Experience: Minimum 2 years Gender: Not specified | Marital Status: Not specified Skills: Organized, dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive, and positive attitude. **Responsibilities:** \- Drafting and managing employee contracts; issuing identification cards and distributing regulations; notifying about contract expiration dates \- Ensuring personnel files are orderly, complete, and up-to-date \- Collecting monthly attendance records duly signed \- Recording incidents (absences, medical leaves, rest days, vacations, tardiness, etc.) in the attendance report \- Gathering incidents for payroll preparation (weekly and biweekly) \- Calculating overtime and productivity bonuses \- Preparing the Food Allowance Payroll (SI VALE) \- Entering incidents into payroll (NOI), IMSS, and INFONAVIT (SUA) systems \- Supporting bank transfers for payroll disbursement \- Payroll stamping (timbrado) \- Generating and reconciling payrolls by cost center for Accounting \- Maintaining a vacation usage control register for employees \- Assisting in reconciling the savings fund \- Assisting in calculating the Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo) and Profit Sharing (P.T.U.) \- Assisting in preparing variable IMSS reports \- Distributing weekly and biweekly payroll receipts \- Personnel support and assistance \- Coordinating cleaning activities \- Managing inventory of cleaning products and supplies \- Drafting memoranda, circulars, and official correspondence \- Filing payroll receipts, payroll records, incident reports, and all related documents \- Assisting in verifying employment references \- Assisting in organizing events and purchasing required items \- First-aid kit management \- Supervising female staff during lunch breaks and departure times \- Managing reception duties during lunch hours and as needed \- Controlling uniform distribution \- Assisting in identifying new recruitment sources to improve candidate selection efficiency and quickly fill vacancies \- Assisting in interviews and training courses \- Updating personal data for personnel files and workplace climate surveys **\*\*APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIRED PROFILE\*\*** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
