**JOB DESCRIPTION:** Supervise the construction of Industrial Warehouse, Offices, Refrigerated Chambers, and Hangar at Albino Corzo Airport in Chiapas. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** · University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with experience in vertical and horizontal construction projects. · Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision of design and construction. · Experience supervising infrastructure projects of similar characteristics, preferably in environments involving construction projects of comparable scale and budget. · Knowledge of safety and construction regulations applicable to large-scale open-site projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Submit supervision reports during construction and a final report upon project completion. · Verify project completion against specifications, including quality and operational testing of new facilities. · Ensure compliance with construction, hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical requirements for the Industrial Warehouse, Offices, Refrigerated Chambers, and Hangar. · Submit test reports and validation documentation regarding functionality and quality of construction, hydraulic, sanitary, electrical, and lighting systems in the Industrial Warehouse, Offices, Refrigerated Chambers, and Hangar. **WHAT WE OFFER:** · Project-based contract.
