At **INDE** we are looking for an **Architectural Modeler** with knowledge in Architectural Design, Urban Design, Construction, and Finishes **Position Objective** Development and execution of architectural and executive finish projects according to the organization's guidelines and criteria. **Main Responsibilities** Preparation of executive construction projects: Architectural, Finishes, Glazing, Carpentry, Metalwork, Equipment, and Signage. Preparation of executive Urban Design projects: Sidewalks and roadways, landscape, bollards, Signage, Signaling, Exterior Improvements. Preparation of executive Equipment Projects: Sales points, Entry booths, Terraces, Percolation areas, Play areas, Sports courts, Pools, Petpark, etc. Preparation and follow-up of Purchase Requisitions for payments to suppliers, designers, etc. Request registration and verification of projects in RUV. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural projects. * Strong proficiency in REVIT required. * Advanced skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Photoshop knowledge is desirable. **Competencies** * Teamwork and results orientation. * Stress tolerance. * Problem analysis. * Effective communication. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Professional growth in the technical field. * Involvement in high-impact infrastructure and housing projects. * Excellent work environment and development opportunities.
