Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to develop industrial projects, with experience in BIM modeling, rendering, and construction quantity takeoff. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive development of industrial projects 2. BIM modeling and engineering coordination 3. Preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction generators **PROJECT ARCHITECT** (preferably for industrial warehouses) Minimum experience: 3–5 years BIM modeling knowledge **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Development of industrial projects. Creation of BIM models (architecture, structure, and plumbing & sanitary installations). Rendering of models. BIM-based construction quantity takeoff. Preparation of construction details. From conceptual design to executive project. Coordination with specialists to achieve interdisciplinary integration. Project documentation. Material quantity takeoff (required). Preparation of construction generators (required). **SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:** Office suite, AutoCAD, Revit. **WE OFFER:** Salary: MXN $24,000–26,000 per month (net).
